- new Settings panel : now coded in WSH
- Settings: real scrollbar with mousewheel support

- Settings: you can now add every wallpaper you want in /wallpapers (regardless of the filename), but i've limited the folder to 30 wallpapers and to 1280x960 image size maxi!
- Settings: set a plain color for the background (if no wallpaper active) using my new RGB selector tool
- Settings: new overlay : colorize with a specific color (not only blue) with my new RGB selector tool

- 'Art' display mode : track info are now coded in a WSH panel
- 'Art' display mode : 2 new buttons around the track title to jump to the prev/next track (sequential) regardless of the playback order set.
